JOSHUA BRASHEAR
Owner
Born and raised in beautiful Montana, Joshua moved to Dallas 26 years ago to pursue a Business Management Degree at Dallas Baptist University.
Joshua partnered with a couple major Dallas Restaurant Groups as a Director of Operations where he learned and perfected the art of top notch Hospitality. During this time, he realized he loved the construction side of developing new restaurants. This is where the idea came to develop an elite construction group for clients who needed assistance from A to Z in the design and construction process. By providing free design services to help clients with their journey, 3D design renderings, specially curated and privately guided showroom appointments, Brashear Construction & Design was born.
Joshua's passions are his family, friends, loves to deep sea fish, and golf in his free time.

CORY TOOMBS
VP of Residential Builds
Hailing from Flower Mound, Cory is a second-generation general contractor with a legacy deeply rooted in the Lone Star State. Having skillfully led his own successful general contracting company for 12 years, Cory decided to embark on a new chapter by joining forces with his longtime friend Josh at Brashear Construction. Recognizing the strength that comes with collaboration, Cory brings a wealth of experience to the table. A graduate of Oklahoma University with a major in business, Cory seamlessly blends his technical expertise with a strategic business mindset.
Beyond the construction site, he finds joy in bowling, golfing, and exploring new destinations, often accompanied by his beloved dog Tucker. With a passion for his craft and a commitment to excellence, Cory Toombs is set to shape the future of construction at Brashear Construction & Design.

Liz has been in the finance industry since 2005 as a mortgage originator. She is passionate about managing budgets and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner to prevent any delays on your project. In her free time, she loves to cook, travel and spend time with family.
